RGM Garment Factory, located in Lot 8, Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc Industrial Park, Dien Nam Bac, Dien Ban, Quang Nam, is owned by RGM Da Nang Company Limited (a Vietnamese member under RGM Garment Hong Kong).
Penfield sucessfully supported RGM Garment in the M&A transaction with the former owner from the preparation stage, negotiation on plan and settlement of payment flow in Hong Kong and Vietnam in order to mitigate the risks for both parties while ensure legal compliance.
