Supporting the development of necessary documents, assisting lawyers to represent for Clients who are investors of large projects on working, solving disputes with project’s customers in various ways which suitable for project situation and status;
Assisting lawyers in consulting legal issues and building plans for Clients who are investors of large real estate projects in Vietnam to resolve disputes with contractors;
Consulting and developing plans to prevent legal risks and protect the interests of Clients who are the construction contractors in disputes with project owner;
Participating in researching, assisting lawyers in developing advisory plans, and implementing other legal actions to protect Hong Kong Investors whose legitimate rights and interests are infringed in the investment process in Vietnam.
