With an installed capacity of 65MWp, Phuoc Huu Solar Power Project is owned by Nha Trang Bay Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company, the project has been operated since June 2019 with total investment of about 1200 billion dong. Considered as one of the pioneer renewable energy projects in Vietnam, the Phuoc Huu Solar Power Project has contributed to making Ninh Thuan a clean energy center of Vietnam.
Taking advantage of investment consulting, Penfield has helped the Project Owner speed up the completion of procedures from planning addition, signing power purchase agreement (PPA) to construction investment procedures; negotiate with the general contractor Powerchina Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited (HDEC) to implement the construction of the whole project. Later, in association with the needs of project development, Penfield continues to be trusted by the Investor to advise on the restructuring procedures of the entire project to convert the project into an associate company of Nha Trang Bay JSC.
