M&A is, by and large, a useful tool in expanding business market, restructuring business, which is beneficial to investors in many ways. It is, however, a potentially risky activity as in Vietnam, the legal framework governing this activity is not uniform, and is scattered in many different legal documents such as the Law on Enterprises, Laws Investment, Commercial Law, etc., about which investors might be confused in the implementation process.
