Ms. Hoa has over 10 years of experience in legal advice and assistance. Before joining Penfield, Ms. Hoa had more than 8 years’ experience in corporate governance, investment, finance and banking consulting. She previously worked as a senior legal assistant, lead lecturer in charge of internal training in foreign exchange, account, and payment activities at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank). She used to coordinate with human resource institutions in training and developing training materials on credit, accounts, and foreign exchange for young human resources in the banking industry; she is also a visiting lecturer in Law Studies at Thanh Dong University.
She is now in charge of finance – banking, investment, cash flow structure consulting, corporate capital flow control, domestic investment, offshore investment and investment from foreign countries enter Vietnam and works in close liaison with our associates in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and the UK. In addition, Ms. Hoa is also responsible for internship guidance of attorney apprenticeships at Penfield.
Ms. Hoa has strong expertise in finance & banking sector (i.e. credit, payment, accounts); foreign exchange management (including activities related to foreign currencies, capital transactions and domestic/foreign investment activities using foreign currencies); business/project cash flow management and restructuring; corporate governance; investment with foreign elements; acquisition and merger, transfer/purchase of investment projects; international trade activities.
