Consulting about plans, developing necessary documents, representing for many clients who are investors of large projects, working and resolving disputes with project clients in various ways suitable for project situation and status;
Providing consulting solutions to Clients who are the major construction contractor in Vietnam to resolve disputes with an international school project developer; arrange with other joint venture members to agree on a plan to jointly terminate the construction contract of the thermal power plant with the investor due to the indefinite suspension of the Project.
