Mr. Quang is the founder cum managing partner at Penfield.
Mr. Quang has nearly 20 years of in-depth experience in corporate governance, investment, real estate, construction, M&A, civil, labor and commercial dispute resolution. Quang has sucessfully settled many disputes, advised on a great deal of large-scale and high-value M&A transactions, and supported Vietnamese investors to implement offshore investment projects.
During his practice as a lawyer, Mr. Quang has estalished a strong relationship with many state agencies such as the National Assembly, the Court, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Planning & Investment, Ministry of Natural Resources & Environment and People’s Committees of many provinces and cities.
