The Embassy Garden project is invested by THT Development Company Limited with a total planned area of more than 3.5 ha on a total investment of more than VND 2,000 billion. The Project is located in the center of Tay Ho Tay new urban area (Hanoi) with 53 villas and 77 business townhouses designed and built according to international standards, with separate open spaces and central garden and park system.
We are proud having been able to reduce legal risks in handing over apartments to the owner, as well as building regulations on management and operation of the area consistent with the nature of the project, harmonizing interests of the parties.
