The project is a tourist apartment with more than 1000 condotels, department store and hotel complex with an investment scale of VND 1,800M.
Penfield advised the owner since the very first stage of construction until the opening of Eastin Grand Hotel Nha Trang. In this project, we supported the owner in settling disputes with both large and small contractors in all project categories; completed the project’s legal documents; on behalf of the owner negotiated with over 1,000 customers to come to an agreement on the business plan as well as negotiated with Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) – Panorama Nha Trang Building and Eastin Grand Hotel Nha Trang on the hotel management contract.
