The Arena is located on a 29 hectare area with an investment scale of over VND 4,000B. This “super star” is developed by Tran Thai Cam Ranh JSC. (a member of Nha Trang Bay Investment and Construction JSC.) in Bai Dai, Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa with a tourism service complex to meet all entertainment and culture exploration needs.
Over three years, we have comprehensively supported the project owner in all legal issues – advising on investment procedures, building sale kits, negotiating contracts with contractors, advising on profit sharing with customers in cooperation program, assisting the project owner in settling disputes with related parties and handling policy shortcomings from the central to local levels.
