Lawyer Trần Thị Thanh Tâm is responsible for Penfield’s Khánh Hòa branch. She also worked for many years in legal roles at state bodies including the Departments of Justice of Hồ Chí Minh City and Khánh Hòa Province.

While completing land-related financial obligations, the developer faced substantial difficulty after the provincial People’s Committee approved land prices and the Khánh Hòa Tax Department issued notices requiring payment of more than VND 1,245 billion in land use fees and rent. Penfield worked alongside the business to develop a solution, represented the developer throughout administrative proceedings and successfully supported its request for the Khánh Hòa Provincial People’s Court to annul the land-pricing decision and tax notices.
