Lawyer Nguyễn Thị Quỳnh Nga is primarily responsible for Penfield’s ongoing advisory clients and directly handles corporate governance, domestic investment and foreign investment into Vietnam, as well as legal work for many real estate projects across Vietnam.

Lawyer Trần Thị Thanh Tâm is the lawyer responsible for Penfield’s Khánh Hòa branch. She has headed the legal function of a diversified business and investment group in Nha Trang and has extensive experience in investment and real estate law, corporate law and civil litigation. She has also worked for many years in legal roles at state bodies, including the Departments of Justice of Hồ Chí Minh City and Khánh Hòa Province.

An independent adviser with more than 18 years of experience advising on corporate governance and business management in electronics manufacturing and distribution, import and export, shipping, real estate, construction, building materials, minerals, securities, banking, gold bullion production, clean water and international business councils. Nguyễn Sinh Dũng Thắng currently serves on the boards of several public companies and private business groups in Vietnam.

An expert with experience in investment and corporate governance. He previously managed investment projects at Mobifone Service, VTC Digicom and VIT Corporation.

Associate Lawyer Vương Phương Anh has worked at Penfield for more than five years in investment and international business. She provides ongoing advice to foreign investors and several real estate developers in Vietnam. She currently heads the Investment and International Relations department.

Associate Lawyer Cao Thị Thu Thảo has worked at Penfield for many years, researching and practising in civil law, land law and civil and administrative dispute resolution. She is dedicated to her work and participates in civil matters with the aim of finding the best legal solution for clients. She currently heads the Civil, Land and Dispute Resolution department.

Lawyer Trịnh Huyền Trang has experience advising on investment, corporate governance and commercial dispute resolution. Before joining Penfield’s Khánh Hòa branch, she worked at established law firms and headed contract management at a major wood pellet import and export business in Hồ Chí Minh City. She also has experience in commercial dispute resolution at international arbitration institutions including SIAC and ICC. She uses English proficiently in advisory work and dealings with foreign partners.
