Lawyer Vương Văn Quang is Penfield’s founder and managing lawyer.
With nearly 20 years of specialised experience in corporate governance, investment, real estate, construction, M&A, civil and employment matters, and commercial dispute resolution, Vương Văn Quang has successfully handled major disputes and substantial M&A transactions and supported Vietnamese investors in undertaking large investment projects abroad.

Advised on capital and project transfers involving the Arena complex in Cam Ranh, from Trần Thái Cam Ranh to Nha Trang Bay Invest and HaQuang Land, with a transaction value exceeding USD 20 million.
Advised on a share purchase to acquire the Courtyard Hoian project, with a total transaction value of USD 5 million.
Advised TNG on acquiring an equity interest in Công ty TNHH Bãi Dài Cam Ranh, with a transaction value of USD 16 million.
Advised on transferring a factory in Hải Dương through the transfer of all Vietnamese shareholders’ shares in Công ty Kim Điền to SSG, with a total value of VND 155 billion.
Advised on acquiring a low-rise housing project in Tây Tựu, Từ Liêm, Hanoi, with a total transfer value of USD 50 million.
Advised and developed a plan for Vietnamese investors to acquire 10% of the shares in Ngân hàng Liên doanh Lào Việt.
